Guys, hereby provide you few tips and remedies to control or prevent your hair fall. Without
hair nobody likes to see you and sometimes others may ignore you. Without hair you looks
awkward and people assess your age which may be greater than your actual age. So hair
is a beautiful part of our body...let us preserve it.
I remember 1 incident occurred in my boyhood. Me and my 4 friends were enjoying our
summer holidays in a nearby river. River is a shallow but it's having good under current in the
middle. Nobody knows swimming cos we were all great 'aquatic champions' on the floor.
We dived in the shallow area and played together and hours ran by.
In between, 1 among us went to the middle area and trapped in the current, he couldn't
withstand and control himself in the under current. Somehow we managed to help him tried to grab on his raised hand.
Funny scene was here...first of all we couldn't understand which one is his 'heard and tail end'
Because his head and butt looked alike.
The causes of hair fall
Acidity, Constipation, Dandruff are the root causes. Drink more water (at least 1.5 to 2 Lt a day) take food in time and take leafy or vegetables with more fiber for Acidity and constipation. Spinach and Carrot
and olive oil also good for hair.
Dry your hair and scalp after the bath to remove dandruff. Apply diluted shampoo once
in a week to control dandruff.
Thyroid disease also attack hair fall hence, better treatment should be taken from an expert
physician.
If you are a very busy business person, stress, anxiety and tension may reflect in hair loss. So try to lower the stress level by doing Yoga for 20 minutes a day. Low level of Vitamin E, Iron, Zinc and Proteins also associated with hair loss.
Remedies
Cut short your hair length.
Keep it dry (both hair & scalp) after bath.
Don't comb your wet hair.
Mild use of soap(with ph value 4-5) advised.
Massaging the scalp develop blood circulation, which helps to grow new hair.
Some vitamins and essential fatty acids naturally present in the coconut oil. This
will nourish the scalp and help to remove sebum from hair follicles. Knowing this,
Asians use different types of oils to keep hair healthy and thick. Indians use 2 major
herbs which prepare in coconut oil and apply on hair to avoid premature greying.
Indigofera Tinctoria
Eclipta Alba
These are the 2 natural remedy for hair fall and grey hair. If you are a person usually apply oil
before bath, the above herbs can be applied after it prepared in oil.
Below method will be an easy and alternative solution for hair fall.
Ingredients.
Olive Oil - 100 Ml
Curry Leaf - cleaned 15 leaf (leaf stem of 10/12 cm with 23/25 leaves)
Henna Leaf - cleaned 15
Small/Red Onions - 15 peeled & washed
Method of Prepation
Grind curry leaves & henna leaves together in a fine paste form. Do not add water. Add onion with it and grind. Add this paste in a pan and heat it...gradually pour olive oil in it and stir well. Water content may evaporate slowly then keep the flame in sim. After 20-25 minutes, an aroma rise in the air and let the mixture cool. Filter the mixture afterwards and apply on the scalp for 15-20 minutes a day. Use good soap after every 2 days. Intake of vitamin E capsules recommended once in a day after meal. I have tried this and found very fruitful. Try this if you
